Most charter school boards think they are pretty good, but compared to what? The BoardOnTrack assessment helps clarify, in a data-driven way, your board’s strengths and areas to improve. Watch the on-demand session to learn how to take the assessment, interpret your results, and use the results to plan a board retreat or set board priorities and goals.
If your charter school board is preparing for a board retreat, be sure to complete a board assessment in advance. Take a data-driven look at your own board to prepare for your board retreat. Gather data to establish where you are as a governance team, where you want to get in the coming year, and what you’ll do to get there.
